Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. The person making the booking (“the Client”) is solely responsible and fully accountable for all individuals attending under their booking.

Security Cameras

  • Our content studio is equipped with security cameras in studio rooms for the safety of clients, staff, and equipment.

  • Footage is strictly monitored by authorised personnel and only accessed at check-in/out, or in the event of security concerns, damage, disputes, or incidents.

  • If you require privacy to change, a WC is provided within one of the studio rooms.

  • Security footage is never used for any purpose other than ensuring a safe environment and compliance with booking rules.

 

Prohibited Content & Activities

To maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment, the following are strictly prohibited in our studio:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind.

  • Content that depicts or promotes violence, abuse, hate speech, or illegal activity.

  • The use of hazardous materials, open flames, or any activity that may endanger persons or property.

  • Activities that may cause permanent damage to studio equipment, furniture, or facilities.

We reserve the right to stop any session immediately, without refund, if these rules are violated.

 

General Rules

  • Treat the space, props, furniture, equipment, and facilities with respect at all times.

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor (to prevent damage).

  • Furniture/props may be rearranged except mirrors, large sofas, or anything fixed to walls. Items must be returned to their original layout before leaving.

  • Add-ons (e.g., additional guests, props, etc.) must be included at the time of booking.

  • A maximum of 8 guests are permitted per booking unless additional guests are added in advance.

  • Leaving the studio in an excessively messy state will result in a cleaning fee.

  • Failure to follow any rules will result in additional charges and/or refusal of future bookings.

  • Ensure that you clean up after yourself and incorporate cleaning time within your booking. 
     

Damages & Liability

  • The Client is fully responsible for any and all damage (accidental or intentional) to the studio, equipment, furniture, or props during their booking.

  • Charges will apply for repair or full replacement of damaged, stained, broken, or missing items.

  • Any damage to walls, floors, or facilities (including misuse of props or dragging furniture) will incur charges.

  • The Client accepts full accountability for all attendees under their booking, including ensuring compliance with all rules.

  • By booking, you agree to indemnify and cover all costs of damages, losses, or security issues arising during your booking.
     

Lock-Up & Security Responsibility

  • As the studio operates via an automated entry/exit system, the Client is responsible for ensuring the premises are properly locked and secured upon departure.

  • Any failure to secure the premises (e.g., leaving doors unlocked) that results in loss, theft, or damage will be charged to the Client in full.
     

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking, vaping, and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the building.

  • Any unauthorised use of the premises may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
     

Scheduling & Time Management

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Your booked slot is the only time you are permitted in the studio. Set-up and pack-down must be included within this time.

  • Overrunning your booking without prior approval will incur:

    • Standard hourly rate for additional time, plus

    • £50 inconvenience fee if it impacts another client’s booking.

  • Requests for same-day extensions must be made via the number provided in your booking confirmation.
     

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Bookings are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the original booking.

  • Studio credit from rescheduling must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.

  • Bookings can only be rescheduled once.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of booking with no refund or credit.
